Introducing the concept of time.

If a character can introduce the concept of time to a place where time doesn’t exist, and manipulate it. Would that grant the ability to bypass certain forms of acausality?

Context: A character who manipulates time went to a realm where there was no time and couldn’t use his time powers.

MC comes and time begins to flow there as well as being able to manipulate time as well.

More context: MC is the concept of time.

I think this would be a effect that produce from the fact that MC is concept of time. Basically, time will be born after the concept of time appears.

I know there’s some characters who exist outside of time, would this negate their acausality when fighting him? As they’d be conceptually affected by time.
