If a character is rated at Genius and then feats show that he can solve the hardest math problems does that also mean he's a genius in, let's say, psychological manipulation if he never performed it? Or even war strategies, which has nothing to do with his feats? The Wiki is honestly not that clear about this or maybe even the Intelligence section as a whole.
