Infinity Gauntlet in another franchise

Ok, idk much about Marvel universe, but from what i read, Infinity Gauntlet didn't works outside Marvel Universe due as it was shown in a crossover with DC.

So, this applies for each version of the gauntlet? Or is it a story set aside of canon? (Also, i'll assume that it does not apply here bcs verse equalization)

Infinity gems only work in their home Universe. If you take 616 gems to 13034, they won't work. Simple. So in crossover, it also don't work unless it's in the home dimension of the infinity gems

I would have liked more Marvel and DC Crossovers.
