He became omnipresent on a 4-D scale, and to quote from his profile,

" he was even shown to be present in the main timeline and was affecting the present, implying he was actually affecting space-time as well"

He has no control over time, he was just "leaking" into the alternative past. I also would argue that he do nor possesses Space Manipulation, he was only Nigh-Omnipresent, he didn't do much beyond being there.

Nah, that's just him spreading into other timelines. While he does become one with time and space, he doesn't show control over it.
