We know that moving in 0s can get infinite speed and that's all I know, then I see people arguing and saying if exploring infinite space can get infinite speed and then he says it's because dividing infinite distance by finite time is the result will remain infinite so therefore it will gain infinite speed, is what he said true?

The timeframe is irrelevant. You're still crossing an infinite distance which is impossible to do with finite speed
