This feels weird doing an upgrade for a verse I just created but whatever.
The verse's current tiering is based around the "Game World" featured in the game. Its size is not entirely known, so the rating was set "7-B to 3-A"
However, it seems very possible that the Game World may possess its own time, and that White Face is present (And can warp) across all of its spacetime.
It should be noted that the Player can canonically change the time, and this affects the physical game world, such as when a clock's hour changed from it.
However, when the game world is destroyed, it is seemingly destroyed..forever. Including in the past. It is impossible to reverse time back to when it wasn't destroyed. More or less meaning that its whole space-time was destroyed.
And do note that the fact that the game is unplayable after the end is a big deal. So it's not just a gameplay mechanic.
It is the same for White Face's "death". Note that no matter how much you mess with time, White Face is always there, unaffected by the time manipulation. But after it is deleted, you can't get it back no matter how much you reverse time. Implying again that White Face was present across all of space-time.
So, TL;DR. Most tiering of "3-A" would be turned into Low 2-C most likely.
