Immortality type 8 and 9 question

1. If there is a character, say he has immortality 8 with reliant on evil intentions, as long as there is evil intent he will not die. And there are characters who can negate and kill these characters without having to eliminate the evil intentions.
And the question is, can the character be able to negate immortality type 8 different reliant from before?

2. And can range or destructive capability able negate immortality type 9
