Enchantra is able to accelerate people through the timestream and propel them into the future. Sabrina and her aunties are able to react while this occurs.

Sonic is able to blitz Enchantra.

Sabrina is able to intercept an attack from Sonic.

I guess I accidentally also created an argument for immeasurable Archie Sonic too.

Unfortunately, the ability to accelerate people through times isn't grounds for immeasurable speed. You would have to show Electra being able to move through time physically herself.

Archie Sonic already uses evidence from it on it’s cosmology blog as the crossover fits between two scenes in the Sonic comic, and Sabrina references the crossover’s events several times in her own comic.

There's a scan of them moving across time via magic and reacting as it happens. I believe there's grounds for Immeasurable Speed there.
