Well then, I was planning this for a bit and I think others have already heard of it, so it's not like it's come out of nowhere.
I am not gonna do things like the others did and take this as a chance to take a dump on everything they disliked about this wiki, instead I'll try to make it not too convoluted.
I believe I came here in 2018 and thus i've spent near 7 years here, quite a lot. I've gotten tired. I've left this place once before though it didn't work out since I kinda promissed to come back if tier 1 Arceus or tier 2 Kirby happened and guess what happened not 2 months later lmao.
This time, my reasons are...better. I am tired. Tired of powerscaling to some extent but especially tired of trying to powerscale here. It's not even the staff disagreeing or something cliche like that it's mainly the wait, the work, ect. Before, the reason I came back and stayed was because I discovered a love for calcs but now I dread making them...I genuienly just don't have anything here outside of talking to like a few people. Before, I would look through random threads, disagree with things, agree with others, I was rather active, I was ready to debate even the most obnoxious dudes but now? Now the moment I get into a lengthy debate the only thing I can think is - "why did I even get myself into this?".
Like I said, I ain't gonna start complaining about everything like I did like 4 years back when I first tried leaving, I will just say that there's been good times, there's been bad times and most importantly I had a bit of fun here and there, it wasn't perfect but it felt right.
Thank you for those who were good to me or at least whom were normal.
I ain't gonna say goodbye to specific people cause I think most are on discord, but to those who were chill with me and don't have a discord like @Shmooply and @RandomGuy2345 - I bid thee farewell, y'all made this really fun.
Now I ain't planning on permabanning myself, cause old habits die hard and you will probably see me online here and there, though I will not be replying to anything other than maybe dms in the first few days, though even that isn't a guarantee. In the next month or so I will probably go for good, though I might actually temporarily come back on the off chance that one of my verses gets deleted, in which case I obv wouldn't want my effort to go to waste, though the chances of that are low. This whole thing is a promise btw, I don't like breaking them.
