If he is more powerful, then yes he should.

Super Rabbit scales to this speed feat, and is likely way more powerful too. He also gains Super Sneeze and Heat Vision, but the Super Carrots he eats to achieve this form have a time limit, he'll revert back to base if he doesn't eat another one.

Alright, I'm going to go over the thread again and slowly see which things are ok so please don't post anymore powers and abilities.

I'm not going to go over the feats of Speed and AP as this thread started with simply adding powers and abilities but to much has been suggested so if the people wishing to upgrade Bugs Tier or Speed please create a new thread disscusing such.
