Ikki Kurogane vs Kenshin Homura

Ikki due to superior speed and near sharingan-level eye abilities; the ability to disable certain senses to enhance others (e.g. trading color perception for motion perception), Ten'i Muho that hit faster than someone who can disappear from his view despite Ittou Shura, Perfect Vision reading Kenshin's chain of thought and feelings, Blade Steal reading and copying outright his Hiten Mitsurugi, and his body amps, Ittou Shura that makes him Hypersonic+ and Ittou Razetsu that makes him Massively Hypersonic.


Can you imagine an MHS Hiten Mitsurugi : Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki hitting Kenshi?

But he actually can only use that ability for 1 minute

1 minute is an extremely long time for someone who can amp up to hypersonic+, especially compared to someone like Kenshin who is FTE+ (Subsonic+) with Supersonic+ reflexes.

He is 3 times faster than Kenshin with Ittou Shura. 10 seconds is enough, 1 minute is not required.

He is 35 times faster with Ittou Razetsu if my math is correct. 1 second of that speed is more than enough to hit Kenshin where the sun don't shine multiple times.

That is far too big to bridge with experience, more so since there is no one in Rurouniverse even close to that speed.
