If there are attacks which able to bypass defense. Do we assume that attacks also bypass attack reflection ?

Only if the Attack Reflection is based on some kind of defense. Like if they have armor that reflects attacks, then it would most likely be bypassed. But the same can't be said if they just have it as a passive effect.

what if attack reflection is based on both defense and passive effects ?
