I just love revisions. I know. It was done before, but it was a totally different scenario. Cell Saga Goku and Mario's low end. Speed is equalized. No time manipulation. Who should win between the two most iconic people of their respective media?

Mario takes this, intangibility via the invisible cap or as Boo Mario, high versatility with pyrokinesis, cyrokinesis and other ranged attacks, and if I remember correctly his cape can reflect attacks, Goku does have teleportation which helps, but in the end I think Marios abilities will overwhelm him

Mario since he can go Intangible and Invisible plus he has the better powers and abilities overall. Mario wins mid-high difficulty.

I do think Goku would think of a way around Mario's abilities, but I don't see it doing much. At that moment, Mario would've defeated him. So, giving it to Mario for reasons above.

Mario easily for reasons already stated. He can even go to the past and kill Kid Goku

Mario should win via his hax. His pyrokinesis and cyrokinesis could keep Goku on his toes, and Mario has intangibility via the Invisibility Cap. The Gold Flower could also just finish Goku off by turning him into coins.

Hey wait a minute, isn't Goku 3-A? I mean, Mario beat Dreamy Bowser, which would put him around Tier 2, but if you go with Mario's current 4A Tier, Goku would win with superior power before Mario could pull out White Tanooki.
