During the post credit scene of episode 17, wich was an anime only scene, we saw Ichigo going through a ritual, organized by Ichibe.
Ichibe states "That weight is what you must protect¹. What you see is everything's eternal memory and interpretation, wich is the king's power²."
Interpretation:
In that scene, Ichigo is being tested to see if he's capable of replacing the Soul King (Are you a strong vessel capable of withstanding the powerful force injected into your body, or a fragile bowl), and then we see Ichigo with the Almighty, being covered in a black torrent (the blackness that was covering Ichigo's body was stated to be Reio's power in chap. 621, the same torrent of power that Yhwach was covered in after he absorbed the Soul King³), struggling and eventually overcoming it. We see Ichibe smiling in the end after Ichigo regains his composure, symbolizing that he was successful in the trial.
Can we assume that Ichigo is now relative to the Soul King and Yhwach in terms of raw power/reiatsu now that he was proven to be capable of replacing him? What are your thoughts on this scene.
Btw, for anyone questioning the canonicity of this scene, Tite Kubo is confirmed to be the general supervisor for the anime , and he was responsible for the new added content.

2- The soul king's power is to keep order/balance in all of the realms and hold them in place, preventing their utter collapse.
