Uhh... Ichigo is a literal soul. Which means he exists beyond regular existance, including nonexistance. Ichigo has been fighting non existant beings since the beginning of Bleach lmao. Nonexistance is useless against Ichigo, and type 5 immortality doesn't have shit against a dude who is already dead and regularly fights dead beings
