Reality warping is often also used for abilitys that can for example manipulate just energy and matter, possibly together with manipulating time and space and ignoring some laws of nature. That is because on a very high level it also allows to reshape the world as one pleases. This is what I would call a more impure form of reality warping.
Purer forms of reality warping that could effect also conceptual beings include the ability to manipulate things like concepts, the natural laws, causality, logic, the plot etc. Or at least some of this.
What should be noted is that higher dimensional reality warping is usually assumed to effect lower dimensional entities even if they are conceptual, as it allows to destroy the whole space the being could exist in together with teh being.
