I Need Help Making My Own Wiki

Some time ago, I came up with my own power scaling system, partially based on the one here but with many differences. I've decided I wanted to make a wiki that uses it. The issue is that after I started the wiki, I realized I had no idea how to manage or create a wiki. I'm hoping someone here could help me. I'm not making the wiki as a way to compete with VS Battles. I just want to have more people using my power scaling system that I worked hard to make.
