Oh, you mean the wiki term? People with hax far above their own tier, usually tier 1 hax on people that are 3D, not sure if like, a 9-B with 4-A hax counts though, usually it is like 6-Bs with 1-A hax or something

Characters whose hax are a whole level of existence above their own, whether through affecting large higher dimensional structures and beings, being granted powers by higher order worlds and/or their inhabitants etc.
An example would be Little Treasure, who's 9-C physically but has a soul with 1-A sealing and power nullification. Or Culexus Assassins, who're Building level assassins that can render countless-dimensional demons as weak as newborns.
