If character A has infinite versions of himself across all universes gets into a machtup on this wiki would his opponent, character B that’s from another verse entirely be required to destroy the infinite versions in order to win or would the universes that hold the infinite versions be subjective to Character A’s verse?

No, unless all of their bodies is related in someway like if the character A can transfer his conciousness to his other version in another universe or if character A is a hive mind across infinite Universe.
