In the midst of Garou's Hunt, The Hero Association has enlisted the aid of a foreign mercenary, hoping to "take care of" the problem before it reaches the public eye.

Scenario

Taskmaster is given a week's worth of prep time, which he can fully use to review footage of Garou. Additionally, he is given funding from the Hero Association to purchase his best gear.

Garou is fully healthy, and has all the skills he accumulated up to the end of his Hero Hunt Key.

Taskmaster's physical AP, durability, and speed are raised to match Garou's. However, they will not match his Accelerated Development. Stamina is left unchanged.

The battle takes place in the Z-City Ghost Town.​

soooo... basically a stall battle? well taskmaster would know he need to end the fight quickly so garoou don't adapt too much as the battle would get harder as time goes on, he could use knock out gas to start wearing Garou down and with pressure points he could do some serious damage especially sinse he will start the battle with a huge upperhand

I think taskmaster would win this thanks to having plenty of time to study Garou and make a plan to end the battle quick

Not all of them, but they can still compete with people who do. However, Tasky is part of the people who mastered all martial arts, lmao.

Decided to take a closer look and, honestly, Garou isn't anything Task hasn't dealt with before. He already fought people with better skill, AnaPre, and regen. There's only two things keeping Garou in the game; his AD and fear aura. Task is, canonically, a coward, that could affect his way of fighting. He won't run away because he's already aware of that ability, but still could affect him. AD is an obvious case. I guess the main question is how could Taskmaster kill Garou as fast as possible.

Side note: how the **** is TM's stamina only peak? Pratically every street level has superhuman feats. His LS should be Class K for now, if your 8-C crt goes through, he could be upgraded to Class M.
