I will get straight to the point. Every Marvel 2-A should become a tier 0 straight up. Why, you wonder? Well, it's simple.

A single Eternity - aka universal Eternity - is boundless

Oh, but what does that proof, you ask? Stop being silly and look at the tiering system. I have extracted the exact statement which supports this upgrade.

Tier 0: Boundless​

So, there it is. He is Boundless, thus his rating should be fixed to the correct one, which is tier 0. This means, everyone ever in the verse - through a long ass scaling chain - should be made tier 0.

Obviously, they have layers of tier 0. Like Multi-Eternity will be infinie*baseline, and Oblivion will be like infinite*infinite*baseline.
