Both Azathoths would do nothing. Don't know much about The Writer and TOAA, but from what I've seen, they would probably just sit down and talk or something. Don't know anything about the others.

If some of the others meet Azathoth, I think they would probably do the wise thing and just leave him as he is, since they have no reason to wake him up.

I imagine The Writer of DC would ask to see some of TOAA's works and TOAA would ask to see some of his works and they'd begin writing using each others style for the sake of curiousity.
