How would these abiltiies be classified?

This is from sailor Moon, and I'm having trouble classifying these sequence of abilities.

For information purposes, Sailor Moon and co are not Earth, but rather are thousands of light years away at the center of the galaxy. Here's what happens:

Sailor Lethe turns the sea of sand into water and Sailor Moon and Co sink to the bottom and seemingly drown.
Sailor Moon wakes up in her civilian form and is seemingly on Earth. She struggles to remember everything, including who she is and her will to fight.
Sailor Lethe appears and shows Luna, Artemis, and Diana, who are not with Sailor Moon but are back on earth. Sailor Lethe proceeds to kill them and then attack Sailor Moon.
Sailor Moon begins to will her memories back and wakes up. She is inside the river. She goes to get chibi chibi and swims back to the surface. Sailor Mnemosyne saves the others.
Sailor Mnemosyne gives Princess Kakyuu water to wake her up and give her back her memories.
LATER, Sailor Chibi Moon confirms that when she went to earth, Luna, Artemis, and Diana were dead.

My question is: Sailor Lethe is able to enter and physically attack Sailor Moon inside her mind, as well as able to kill characters who are physically light years away while inside Sailor Moon's mind by attacking illusions of them there. What ability or abilities would this fall under?

Being able to literally enter someone's mind would be Immersion, wouldn't it? Not sure on what would be killing someone by destroying the memories of them inside another person's mind.

Yeah that ability is weird if it ain't a verse thing, perhaps limited death manipulation via memory manipulation?

Or some kind of "memory manipulation-based death manipulayion"

Immersion covers the first half and killing someone by destroying their memories of them is a good description.

Kind of similar to Freddy Krueger.

freddies' is listed in his dream manipulation, so perhaps this would be mentioned in memory manipulation, but if they are killing their target by affecting the memories someone else, might need to give it death manip

Damage transferal's description seems to be transfer damage from the one's self to another.

Maybe is a matter of range more than anything and a particularly busted form of Death Manip? Kinda reminds me of voodoo dolls in cartoons, when you don't have to target the opponent to get an effect, simply all that happens to the doll goes to the opponent. Similar here but with the memories.
