How would one go by getting a verse added to the Wiki?

I'd like to get The Vampire Diaries/The Originals Universe added to the wiki with some character pages, how would I go by getting the proccess started? Do I need a Mods help? IS there like a request page or something? or can I just do it, baring any stats until that stuff has been accepted?

If you can't create profiles yourself, there should be a thread to request profiles creation somewhere. I can't seem to find it atm tho.
