How weak is saint Seiya (netflix)?

Like seriously I'm wondering that ... I didn't watch it (I don't want to get cancer) but I've been told regular military men give trouble to Seiya and others. So they're like what 9 - A?

Also I've been told a gold saint was unable to dodge a bullet.

I think you're referring to when Aiolia defends Patricia and Seiya: from the video it seems that Aiolia has a sort of barrier on which the bullets bounce off.

I interpret it this way: the cosmos of a gold saint is so strong that not even the shots of a machine-gun of an helicopter can pierce

I actually didn't watch it. Someone just told me a few things. Who's Patricia and can we consider all stuff with the army as PIS? (I've been told bronze saints in this version had problems against normal soldiers, tanks, helicopters stuff like that).

Btw did they change names?

Edit: after a few research I learnt patricia is the english name of Seiya's sister.

In all honesty, I wouldn't say simple soldiers when they show up with helicopters and tanks, and the bronzes are just newbies.

On the names: each country follows different rules here in Italy (with the exception of Seiya, Shaun and Nero) they remained the same as the classic Italian dubbing , Patricia too.

Thanks for that reply. I have the feeling I'll have a good laugh (what they did with saint seiya is terrible and not only in term of making characters weaker).
The characters are as strong as the Bronze Saints at the beginning of the original work. They easily defeated the army and only the Black Saints (the new Steel Saints) are rivals for them. In the last chapter, Misty destroys the mountain where the Bronze Saints fought.

The series is not so bad, because it is even better than the latest animated works of the franchise: Hell, Elysium, Soul of Gold, Saintia Sho; but it is worse than Lost Canvas (the best animated work of the franchise in recent years).

This serie has a huge problem from what I've been told: someone told me all bronze saints know each others but you do not know why. It is NEVER explained and that's a big problem because that shows they're lazy and want to rush things.

If I tell you they lied to you?

The bronzes know that other saints will participate in the clandestine tournament but they don't know each other. The only ones who know each other are Shaun (shun) and Nero (ikki) because even in this edition they are siblings(only these two).

Ikki is an awesome name I don't see the need to change that.
In Italian the name Ikki is really cacophonous, and over here his name remember the question "who?", or the case of Virgo Shaka, he is directly called Virgo because his name recalls "caca" which means "********"

But even in the classic anime they changed the names, first of all because there was a law that imposed the Italianization of the proper names of people, and some names sound really bad in Italian. As a result many saints have no real names but their constellation names: Shun = Andromeda, Aldebaran = Taurus, Shura = Capricorn, Ikki = Phoenix (classic), Nero (Netflix), etc....
