How to calc shaking a huge object

My formula is suitable in situations where there is a shake, but it is not an earthquake.

I can't figure out the exact frequency of the bell. Perhaps you can find the frequency of church bells.

But even with approximate values, which are probably overstated to give about 140 kilojoules, which, as I recall, is the level of the wall.
