Now I'm making a sandbox for a Verse from scratch, well for Calc it takes a long time to calculate,For the Power Of Verse section I need Minimal, Ap base, Speed and Dura and Ability.Well, I just don't know what to do (the process).

I don’t think there's a way to get baseline ratings for the verse page without actual calcs.
But if it's a new verse you should check out the common feats reference page.

References for Common Feats

Throughout fiction and real life, there have been numerous feats demonstrating a certain character's or object's destructive power. This page's purpose is to consolidate calculations for those feats for better convenience in determining an object's or character's Attack Potency or Durability...

These are already calced accepted values for common feats that may be in your verse. Plus if there is a very reliable statement for destruction you can use those as placeholders.

This is the official thread for requesting calcs to be done by the members of the Calc Group and other senior editors. However, this help is entirely optional, and the people who do the requesting cannot expect that anybody will somehow be automatically interested in doing the requested calcs...

But it's completely up to whether other members and CGMs decide to help you, it's not seen as their responsibility unlike calc evaluation.

Ideal situation is to have a person good at calculations as a supporter for the verse and ask them but I know from personal experience that that's not always an option.
