How this particular site got started?

I was wondering, what is the exact history of the establishment of this wiki? How did you get started with it? How did you draw in the audience that you have now? What would you describe as keywords or catches that you put out for people to look for when searching online with the same or similar interests or are curious and open to the topic here?

I wrote a page here with a summary regarding how I started to help to gradually organise the growth of this wiki to what it is today. It was pretty much a dump when I first came there.

It hasn't really been a process with a conscious end goal though, just my obsessive perfectionism trying to gradually improve on different issues that come up.

I guess the last thing I wish to know is what are the keywords that people find their way here on google.
Are they like:

• "crossover"
• "Profile"
• "Calculations"
• "Feats"

Would appreciate the thoughts

We have a quite low search prioritisation via Google, due to our pages using code that is not very compatible with mobile phones, so I think that our popularity is mostly due to word of mouth and sheer dedication to quality content. We could probably at least triple our visitor numbers by getting rid of all said code, but then the layout would look quite terrible instead.

It is getting advise on advertising websites, I am planning to start my own blog site with similar keywords and concepts based on the trends (with Wix Blogs), I am still in the developmental phase, getting everything I need to build my audience. and hopefully take it to the next step in turning something that I enjoy to be monetized for personal and for a cause.
