How Strong is Vegito currently and how strong will he be by the end of the series?

In DBS right? If so I think he's as strong as Beerus in SSB form. At the end he most likely be above Whis but under Zeno.

If they were to fuse now,Base Vegito at minimum would be equal to SSB Goku,as SSB probably stronger than Whis

Well, Vegito according to SEG is stated to be Goku's power level multiplied by Vegeta's power level. So his base form multiplier is essentially whatever Vegeta's power level is.

What does this mean? Well we don't know Vegeta's or Goku's exact power level in base, but we can safely say, and all agree, it is well above SSJ3 Gotenks as seen in DBS. Using this info we can at least low ball a Namek saga SSJ3 Goku level, who would be 150 million as SSJ, times 8 for SSJ3 which is 1.2 billion. So Vegito's multiplier is WAY above 1.2 billion in Super going by the official multiplier from SEG.
If base Vegito is 1.2 billion times base Goku, then of course Vegito as SSJB is 1.2 billion times SSJB Goku. So yeah, Vegito going by his official multiplier is OP, like completely OP to the point of probably stomping Beerus or even Whis theoretically, since I doubt Beerus or even Whis is close to 1.2 billion times SSJB Goku.
