How strong is Goku in the path to power?

I was just curious to know how strong Goku is in this movie. I think he will outperform his Red Ribbon Army ark counterpart , as he has two works that are interesting:

He destroyed General Blue's ships by using Kamehameha
And he formed an energy aura that pierced the clouds

At what tier will it be almost this feats?

Really Dragon ball : The path to power has events very different than Dragon Ball, which indicates that he does not have any contact with the manga or anime.

Path to Power is probably the most non canon non canon movies since unlike the previous Dragon Ball movies this doesn't fit anywhere

Yeah, that's why I said it is its own continuity, and thus we can a profile for it.

Well I think I will watch the movie again to see all the feats and the abilities and then make a CRT for that
