How strong is Excalibur Sonic?

Sonic in base is City level+ due he defeated Perfect Chaos who has City level durability, but Sonic in base was curbstomped by the Dark Queen, then Sonic in Excalibur form defeated the Dark Queen.

I did put him at small island level, but how strong is him really?

Island sounds a little too high. Large City sounds more appropriate since Canterlot is basically a city with a large castle in it, which Marlin wants to save. Or Mountain level since it's a more suitable way to powerscale.

Well, base Sonic is city level+ and he was curbstomped by Dark Queen, but he could defeat the Dark Queen in Excalibur form, and small island level is actually large mountain level+ (mount everest) which starts in single gigatons.

Well, Dark Queen wanted Camelot to go on forever, which is basically a city with a giant castle. Scaling from that, that makes her large city level. Since Sonic beat her as Excalibur Sonic, that makes him large city+.
