Saiyan saga vegeta is 59 zettatons or baseline planet level.
Buu saga scaling is a little screwed right now, the profile puts him at large star+ which I think it's above 11 foe, but that feat was debunked, and the current explanation blog is inaccurate, but the wiki would right now rate him at either 978 tenatons or 2 foe. The correct scaling should put him at 2 foe.
Ultimate Gohan scales far above 2.106 kilofoe, there is a lot of multiplier shenanigans missing but the wiki currently doesn't accept those on the profiles so just use 2.106 kilofoe.
