How powerful would a character be...

Mountain level is about 100 Megatons to 1 Gigaton(10x), so even a character can one-shot 3 Mountain level is still not guaranty to be higher Tier.

Depend of that character dura, if she/he just one shot many character that has mountain level AP but not Dura then she/he probably still mountain level, if not then probably Large Mountain, or at worse she/he will have At least Mountain level. Likely higher.

Seems like they could if the 3 characters were, for example, 3 Gigatons. Then it would be 3 x 3 = 9 Gigatons. Which would be large moutain/small island level.
