How powerful is the Sage Force? (DC Comics)

According to the 2016 The Flash run...

• The clashing of the Speed Force and the Sage Force within Heat Wave's mind would have eventually resulted in an explosive "flare-up" powerful enough to destroy all of Central City.
• The Speed Force and the Sage Force, by nature, violently clash with and cancel each other out when the two come into contact.
• The Forces — the Speed (The Flash), the Sage (Psych), the Strength (Fuerza), and the Still (Steadfast) — are in constant battle with each other for control of the Forever Force; in the previous war, the Speed Force managed to seal away the other three after great struggle.
• The last war between the Forces nearly tore apart the entire Multiverse — cosmic pettiness.

Would this be enough for the Sage Force — and, subsequently, the Strength and Still Force — to be considered comparable to the Speed Force?

B) Orrery of worlds
C) Up to the godsphere

Anyways A seems more likely what the story meant so probably 2C/2A.
