How much energy is needed to perform this feat?

How strong must a person be to shake this wall so hard with a very held back punch that the person (A skilled fighter.) standing on top of this wall loses balance due to the impact of the punch and falls down. Is it above wall level?

Can this said person actually destroy the wall?

Dunno, but he did shake that building casually with a punch powerful enough to make a person on top of it to fall of due to the sheer impact.

Then I am unsure how to give this any sort of tier. Maybe there's another feat you can show me? Wall Level = Able to Destroy a Wall or tank the amount of force to takes to destroy a wall. So...another below that is not Wall Level.

Well here is the feat.

"Leeza recognizes Ladd as the man who attacked her before, and sends one of her falcons to carve out his eye.

Ladd, however, bites right through the falcon's throat. Leeza didn't even have time to cut her consciousness from the falcon.

Having experienced death firsthand, Leeza realizes she's trembling in fear. She tosses all her chakrams at Ladd, but he stomps down on one as he knocks away the rest with his metal arm. Leeza screams.

Ladd points out that, despite her screaming, Leeza probably feels safe just because she's unreachable on the rooftop. He then slams his metal fist into the outer section of the prison building. Also remember that thing is much bigger than a wall and he was just trying to make her fall so it must be above wall level I think.

Description states that for someone to be Wall Level, they must be able to destroy the said wall.

Since this did not happen, it would likely be Street+ Or high 9-C
