If a character says there is "infinitely extend into spatial dimensions you cannot see" so technically is this 5 spatial dimensions? Can we consider this even more since he says "dimensions"

I think you forgot a word because right now the quotation doesn't make much sense.

But since I know where it comes from, I suppose it's not completely out of the realm of possibility for it to be more than 5D. After all, it should mean there are multiples dimensions above 3D that the characters can see. At the lowest it would be 5D, but more isn't too much of a stretch I'd say.
