So like Superman in that old movie? Technically is not quantificable, but I guess someone with Immesurable could replicate it (?).

Unquantificable is were there's no way to categorize it, no matter how fast someone could move, its not going to rewind time, simply isn't possible nor supported by any theory. Meanwhile, Immesurable is used by character that can move through time at the same way we moved through space (4-D onward).
