I found this interesting calc

That in order for AM to generate enough wind pressure from this punch, also keep in mind All Might isn't colliding his fist with anything, this is just him punching the air. But basically for this to occur All Might would have to be throwing a punch at leash mach 65 according to the calc I found above from Quora

There is no speed at which you could punch that would make a wind blast anything close to what would be seen in the anime. When you punch, at most speeds, most of the air is just going to go around your fist and gain very little forward velocity relative to your fist. This is one of the reasons it’s easy to move your fist through air. However, the faster and faster you go the more and more you can get the air to be compressed in front of your fist. However as soon as you bring your fist to a stop this compressed air will be released in all directions which means very little of the energy put into compressing the air would go directly forward. The vacuum created behind your fist would have the same issue of collapsing in on itself from all directions leading to very little forward momentum.

Even if you could move and arm-sized amount of air directly forward at the speed of your fist, the scale of an All Might smash would just be too large to recreate from such a small amount of air. In the show he moving maybe a million gallons of air at speeds high enough to damage builds, say 50 mph. If his arm has a volume of a gallon this means he would have to be punching at a speed of 50,000 mph or Mach 65 assuming 100% the energy was transferred to the larger volume of air. This is faster than pretty anything faster larger than an atom has been accelerated to by humans.
