How does this scale?(SPOILERS) FFXV x FFXIV crossover

So in the recent crossover event with FFXIV, Noctis and co. encounter the Primal Garuda from FFXIV. They are then able to battle her but ultimately end up on the losing side. Then Noctis is contacted by the FFXV Messenger Garuda who then one shots XIV Garuda. How would this scale?

Well technically all the FF games take place on the same Multiverse. Was this directly confirmed to be non canon or...?

We generally avoid scaling from Crossovers, even canon ones such as Dissidia, wherein all of the characters are rescaled to each other, regardless that it does not make any sense.

Actually I know this thread his old but Garuda was actually implemented into the main story line and her counter part is considered her equal.

So yes the events that happen with Garuda is Canon.
