How Does "The Almighty" Work?

You said that Almighty is useless against opponents immensely superior to Yhwach stat-wise.

That exact situation happened in the fight between Yhwach and Ichibei. Ichibei reduced Yhwach's strength to that of an ant. Yet Yhwach still nullified Ichimonji despite that massive power-gap just because there is a possible future where Yhwach can counter it. How does that even work?

Yhwach can see everything happening in the future far away from the present moment. He can "know" everything in his gaze. Rather than seeing a linear future, Yhwach observes all the possible future, like countless sands in the wind at once, which makes it possible for him to use his opponent's knowledge and thus can act accordingly. However, Yhwach can not predict the behavior of Mimihagi who is the right hand of Soul King.

Yhwach says the real power of Almighty is the ability to change the future. He uses this power by setting the trap, since he knows that his opponent will attack and can even start his own attack. Read the manga and you'll see how Yhwach uses his power against any defense and uses countermeasure to facilitate his attack.

Yhwach's Almighty also prevented Orihime's causality powers from rewriting that which he changed in the present, only by changing the past could she reject it in the present.

How is Ichibei's attack a NLF? We are not doing a battle here, and Ichibei stats are above or equal to base Yhwach. When did he use it against someone stronger than himself?

Peach-chan answered it quite well. The Almighty is best explained on Bleach wiki, anything else is either headcanon or wank/downplay. That's just my honest take on the matter.

It's hax related and kinda vague. It can easily be wanked of course but you can wank anything. His ability allows him to be one step ahead, to have some kind of hyper-cognition, to see his opponent taking two steps forward to attack him so Ywhach takes two steps to the right to dodge the attack beforehand. It's an ability that allows him to prevent people from using their powers through power nullifcation. Including powers at the level of Ichibei and Orihime (hax that negates hax).

It's just high precognition + power nullifcation and a few extra attributes. It's not temporal manipulation or literally rewriting history.

omni-precognition the ability to nullify all powers/ abilities that he sees being used in the future. able to steal all power, the ability to manipulate fate & altering the future.

@Lord Hades

If a character has shown resistance to Time Manipulation and Reality Warping, it's highly likely that they'll be able to shrug off the effects of The Almighty since it is effectively targeted versions of these two abilities.

The Almighty also can't deal with abilities that happen in the past, hence those who can kill Yhwach in the past before he got The Almighty to its broken state would be able to defeat him.

If someone with resistance to time manipulation or reality warping fights Yhwach ...he won't be able to affect them, correct? But can he still use the Almighty on himself and his surroundings?

There's also potent Mind Manipulation blocking Yhwach from using the Almighty, The Almighty's range limitations, and the fact that it is limited to what Yhwach himself can possibly do.

Can a staff member add all possible weakness to his Almighty on his page, to avoid people from creating this endless threads?

When has mind manipulation had an affect on the almighty?

@Matt a bit off-topic but could you explain or tell me where I can find an explanation for King Crimson, because I don't fully understand it.

@FTW

King Crimson is super simple. It's a 10 second timeskip. Something would happen in the following 10 seconds, so King Crimson removes the time-passage of these 10 seconds and makes it happen instantaneously.

So rather than be beat up over 10 seconds, King Crimson would erase the process of you being beat up and skip to the effect.

i have an interesting question can almighty work on non bleach character too it like this the enemy yhwach fight all have spriritual energy inside even yhwach whar happen if he stole other power but can't use it cause he don't have that type of energy to use it like magic when the user need to have mana when yhwach don't have one or kamen rider power when he need to havethe rider gear to use it and the golden fruit of kamen rider gaim that the use must eat this fruit in order to have these power
