Any examples would help. I am just confused on the supreme archetypes downgrade to baseline even though it seems on the same level as all the other tier 0s on this site.

How does a character go above baseline tier 0?

You double posted. Anyway, any level above Tier 0 is still Tier 0, just a higher level into Tier 0. Kinda like 1-A+ which is any infinite layer of transcendence above 1-A.
