You can't exactly "bypass it" because it's not a physical barrier or anything like that. Obito subconsciously transports his body parts to another dimension.

So you either need to attack him in that dimension or trick him into materializing himself into your attack.

Not that we know of. The dimension is "sealed" and even characters that can teleport between dimensions were threatening by getting BFRed there so it's also extremely difficult to even access.

Actually you need Intangibility NPI or dimensional travel and duplication and resistance to sealing to enter there and counter him

Something characters like Vergil has both cases (both npi and dt & dupli & r 2 s) but don't think there are so many characters in Obito's tier that has dimensional travel and resistance to sealing and duplication all together
So if there's a character in his tier that has Intangibility npi then he/she bypasses it

You need to make a clone here to damage him while he's intangible and travel to kamui dimension and attack the parts that you attacked in the same time (best attacks are explosive attacks to make him fully appear in kamui dimension). But as I've said, the second case is really rare to be find let alone in Obito's tier

So the best case is having Intangibility NPI
