How do you bump comments &/or threads?

Some of my threads have been inactive & there may be a time where I need to bump comments? How do I bump comments &/or threads?

To bump a thread, simply comment on said thread and it will be moved up. Usually people just write "bump". To "bump" a comment, find the comment you're looking for and click the "reply" button and it will quote that comment and once you post your reply the comment will also be in the post.

That's how you do it.

You also did the reply thing correctly in the other comment. The comment won't be moved to the top of the thread but it will give more people a chance to see the comment if missed.

Also, remember not to bump threads too often. Give if about a day, bumping minutes to hours at a time isn't needed.
