Idk, the heights of the blood sea seems to vary, idk how you're gonna get its volume, that looks to be the hard part. Try using the lowest height for the blood in this scene, try comparing its height with the falling dude or the actual counterparts of those buildings.
Idrk, use the total road length (IRL) multiplied by the average width of a road to get the surface area? Then multiply by height to get the volume?
The speed should be easier, just time it a bunch then find an average, if you keep getting different speeds then use the lowest.
