How did earth not get destroyed

So, remember that panel where beerus and goku are clashing their fists and shaking the universe?
How did earth did not get destroyed by these shockwaves?IIRC unlike the anime manga goku was not trying to nullify the shockwaves so earth being intact does not make a whole lot of sense
Any explanation?

You are so right, but Goku fans wont like it

its called plot and even if it DID get destroyed , so what? namek dragon balls would've fixed it anyways, destruction and death means nothing in dbz for main area/characters

Same reason Superman vs Darkseid shaking the Solar System doesn't destroy planets.

I thought the reason was that the shockwaves get stronger the further they travel. So they were at their weakest since Beerus and goku were very close to the planet
