1. This should be in "questions and answers".
2. It'd be almost impossible to figure out, there's so many factors involved like the time, angle, width/length of the hole, shape of the hole, ect. So I don't think it would be quantifiable as a set number. Although, a lowball would work fine, what that lowball would be is up to the context behind the feat I suppose. Could you give some more context?

You could probably just use average lake volume then multiply it by a destruction value that fits the surrounding area then.
