I'll hold my end of the bargain. I'll say Valev definitely takes this more times than not, but I'm tempted to call it a stomp since it doesn't seem like Hope can do much in the first place, though I'm still not entirely sure about that so I guess I'll wait and see what happens. Not voting, just stating my opinion on stuff previously elaborated on. Seems this match might have to wait a little bit before we get more information on Hope, but that's just my assessment.

I think what really helps Hope that was glossed over is the fact that her weapons can actually do quite a bit of damage due to similar AP and guns being guns, but I get what you mean.
Part of the problem is apparently Hope doesn't really use her light manip that much.
