She's omnipresent. She is already in the past, right next to him, when he's a baby, when he's a child, when he's first gaining his powers, when he's making his inventions, when he's doing prep for this fight.

And she can easily squash him at any of those points.

He's always had info on Galactus, and knows what he's going up against and how to make something to be it. All he has here is his 2-A weaponry, and zero knowledge of how to actually kill her.

This a Low 2-C feat which is AT MOST 2-A tho. Plus good concept manipulation which we already know Homura has

The fighters will have absolutely no prior knowledge of each other......almost any thread that includes 2-A Mister Fantastic and someone from the same tier is pointless because of that.Mister is a threat due to his intellect and ability to analyze and counter his foes with brilliant inventions. Without time to analyze and understand the creature/entity that he has to face he has zero chance of winning in this level.Homura can win in countless ways...just using memory manipulation for example is enough to render him useless.

so yea, just to make it clear (i think) it is a stomp!

wait then how is Mister fantasic 2-A for this fight?

the reason he build any of those amzaing stuff is because he has knowlege of what hes deiling with.

lets be honest if Galactus was to come out of now where and just stomp on mister fantastic without doing his whole sending forwarning etc. that would be it.
