I believe that's just game mechanics. I doubt he can literally teleport.

As said in my response: While I can see why you would say it is game mechanics, I think adding "possibly" would be better than removing it, for it is unknown whether or not it was intended or not.
I moved it's location and added the reasoning, but if it is controvertal I am fine with it being removed. I just don't see why we should assume it is strictly game mechanics.
