Since the AP difference is very small, GB should be able to damage Homelander.

Yes, General Blue can apply scuff marks to Homelander, but he'll do more damage to his own hands

Wells it seems more so that he would have to put in significant effort to cause damage. While Homelander is paralyzed, GB could try to chip away at him overtime. There's also the capsules he carries as well as the environment that he could use to inflict damage.

Considering the big deal of Homelander showing up with a bruise, I'd say that was cosmetic damage at best, not actual injury

Well GB would still have to watch for Homelander's Heat Vision since it seems it wouldn't require him to move to use it.

i think its alot more likely that homelander hits gb with his lasers as an opening move before gb paralyzes him while angling his eyes away without prior knowledge
